July 4th!!!

My sister, Aunt Tamra, came back into town for the 4th of July. She stayed with us Thursday night so that she could help me take Aiden to the '4th on Broadway' parade Friday morning (Marc had to work all day.) We had a front row seat and he loved the parade; that is until the fire truck drove by blasting the horn! Aiden re-grouped just in time to see Uncle Karl and Cousin Kade drive by in Aunt's Missy's mustang.

Later that evening we met up with Rusty, Sarah, Mason and Owen Smith for the Lubbock Fireworks Show. Unfortunately the concert ran late so the fireworks didn't start until 10:45! Mason passed out shortly after the fireworks began and both babies were irritable. Not as enjoyable as we had hoped!

The next day we went to MeMe and Grandpa's house for a family BBQ. We had TONS of food and fun.....except no pictures to show for it! Whoops, forgot the camera.

He was very patriotic in his 'Little Firecracker' shirt. Even his stroller was sporting the colors.
