Michael, Meaghan and Jackson were passing back through Lubbock this past weekend and stopped to stay with us Friday and Saturday. The boys (Marc, Michael, and Rusty) had a pheasant hunting trip planned for Saturday. We decided to meet up with the Smith family and enjoy the annual "Carol of Lights" at Tech. It was the Fiftieth Anniversary and we had lots of fun. It was REALLY cold, but Rusty and Sarah scouted out a good spot that was out of the wind so it made it at least bearable. The kids were wrapped up tight...but none of them wanted to wear their mittens. It was dark so we were just pointing and clicking with the camera for the most part...(as you can see with the picture of Rusty; that's what happens when you take a picture of Rusty in the dark!!!) LOL. The kids did great and we even caught a picture of Marc and Michael Christmas carolling together, haaaaaaa (funny). Afterward we all grabbed a bite at Rosa's, one of Meaghan's favorites!!!
Merry Christmas!

I hope you didn't eat the chicken at Rosa! Ugh.
That looked like sooo much fun! I would just love to take the girls to "Carol of Lights" at Tech. I think they'd really get a kick out of that. And, how fun it must be to bundle up in that cold weather! Looks like you're having a great time.
Love,
Jenn
