We were very blessed to have Marc's entire family at our house for Thanksgiving. We spend every Thanksgiving together and a few traditions are starting to form! After devouring our fabulous meal (Thanks to Julia ~ and Meaghan and Melissa this year!), Nana and Papa pass out Christmas gifts which usually consist of Christmas money!!!! Then, we all dive into the ads from the newspaper to see what sales we might need to attend. One of the newest traditions for Melissa, Meaghan and I, is getting up at the "crack-of-smack" to shop on Friday. Yeah.......we were at Toys-R-Us this year at 5:00 a.m.! I know what most of you are thinking, "There is no bargain large enough to constitue that!" However, we normally make memories on that morning that we talk about for years and years. We really have a good time together and normally laugh and laugh and laugh. The stories consist of things like stalking people in Kohl's to see if they will put something back, yelling to each other across people that "we got it!", and having people in line ask you if you realize how much the item you are buying costs! Memories, memories! Once again, we had a great time this year and enjoyed having everyone in our home.
